05-12-2024 Automated Unit Test Generation with Large Language Models
The main goal of this project is to evaluate the effectiveness, capabilities, and limitations of Large Language Models (LLMs) in the task of automated unit test generation. In this research, you will be able to explore the use of different LLMs as also with various prompting strategies to automatically generate unit tests, and measure their effectiveness by using metrics (e.g. code coverage).

05-12-2024 Automated Security Code Reviews: Assessing the State of the Art
The goal of the project is to evaluate models for automating code reviews. The research is structured into three main stages. First, a manual review of a set of code reviews will be conducted to identify those related to security patches and create a labeled dataset. Next, Large Language Models (LLMs) will be used to generate and evaluate reviews and corrections based on the labeled data. Finally, a comprehensive comparison will be conducted between the labeled and generated data to measure the performance of current models against LLMs.

02-12-2024 Development of a digital platform for a neonatal length measurement system
Accurate length measurement in hospitalized neonates is key for their nutrition and development. To solve the measurement and data analysis process, a neonatal length measurement system is proposed, composed of a measurement device with IoT, a mobile app and a web platform for data storage and analysis. This IPRE aims to develop a prototype of the system's digital platform and validate it with users.
