Exploring Chrono-Nutrition: Mathematical Modeling for Health and Performance Predictions
Recent research highlights the importance of chrono-nutrition, which studies how the timing of food consumption affects health and performance. However, understanding these effects can be challenging due to the complexity of interactions between the internal biological clock and dietary habits. With this goal in mind, we are seeking talented students interested in learning and applying mathematical modeling tools to develop a predictive system for chrono-nutrition. Participants will collect chronobiology and nutrition data to develop mathematical models capable of predicting the effects of chrono-nutrition on health and performance.
