10-06-2024 Peach dataset trunk annotation and segmentation for flower density estimation
A dataset of about 600 samples of peach trees should be manually annotated using an annotation tool to yield training, validation, and testing datasets. The datasets will be used to train deep-learning semantic segmentation models and recognize peach tree trunks and branches. The segmentation outcomes are expected to be used for estimating the relative flower density of each tree.

27-06-2023 Development of Web Platform for translatation and annotation of radiological reports
Joint project with Professor Jocelyn Dunstan (DCC UC) and Radiology PhD UC (Cecilia Besa, Medicina UC) to develop a web platform that allows us to translate English-Spanish radiological reports and label entities in the reports as well as images. The purpose is for this platform to serve doctors to label images and reports and later, with the data, train AI models that automatically write the radiological report in Spanish from a medical image.
